It is less than 24 hours since this arrived but it's running great and I'm really pleased. I bought the N95 with 16Gb RAM and 512Gb SSD. It arrived packaged well, and it feels like a quality product. Initial setup was easier & quicker than I'd been lead to expect by some other reviewers. Just a few questions relating to location and preferences and you need to give a username and password (just for the PC itself I think). First thing I checked was Windows Updates and installed all the pending updates (since July this year I think). One of the cumulative Win 11 updates failed the first time but succeeded on the second attempt. I suspect the failure may have had something to do with me messing with the PC so much while it was installing. I use a PC for Music recording (Digital Audio Workstation), video editing, Image manipulation (event posters), some basic 3D CAD modelling for 3D printing and all the usual stuff like social media, email, Youtube, text documents & spreadsheets. What I like: - The size is just amazing. I'm replacing a large laptop attached to a separate monitor & keyboard so the space saving on my desk is significant. - The built-in power supply. Thankfully I do not have yet another separate PSU lying around the place. - Initial set-up was very simple. - I love that one HDMI cable was included in the box. It would have been so easy for the company to not do this but they did. - Value for money. In my opinion this is just off the scale. - It is extremely quiet. I know the fan is running because I can feel a slight, warm air flow at the vents and it is not actually completely silent (if you put your ear next to it) but it is close. Yes, it can get a little warm with some apps but I have not yet found it to be what I would call hot. - There are enough USB2 & USB3 ports for me to put my hub away. I need 5 USB ports, occasionally 6 so there's no need for the hub anymore. - It seems pretty fast to me. This was the biggest surprise. My old machine was a Dell i7 with Nvidia Quadro graphics and SSD and it was a quick machine (when it worked) so I was ready to accept that this mini PC might run slower, but I don't feel it is slowing me down at all. - All the apps I use have loaded without issue except 1 which was quickly resolved by a Youtube video showing me what permissions to change in the file system. - It is very discreet. It is an unassuming little black box with one, small LED to show its powered up. And that LED is not blinding like many are. - It starts reasonably quick. In my case it seems to be around 25 seconds from cold or 7 seconds from sleep. I'm very happy with that. I guess it varies with whatever you set to run at startup? What I don't like: - It would have been nice to include a Micro SD card reader but I accept that you've got to draw the line somewhere at this price. Its early days yet and perhaps I need to calm down a little but I don't think I've bought anything for a long time that's been this much better than I was expecting. All too often, the reverse is true. Update: Six weeks after buying this (and one week outside of the Amazon return window) it suddenly stopped working. Screen went black and reported "No signal" but the power light on the PC was still on. I could get no response from the keyboard or mouse and a short push of the power button had no effect so I held the button in for a hard stop. After that I powered it up again and it booted but then went blank again. This happened a couple more times before I removed all USB peripherals after which it booted normally. I reconnected USB devices one by one with no problems. This could be software because yesterday it loaded the 'preview' of the upcoming 2nd Tuesday update for Windows 11. I'm adding this event to this review because it is not normal and it is not good. PC seems to be fine now. It still think it is a great little machine but this worried me a little. Update: 04/03/25. The problems continued and the PC became almost unusable. Very long story short, it turned out that disabling lots of Windows features that are only present to make the OS look slick, like showing the contents of a window while dragging it, solved the sudden shutdowns. Now it is a great PC again. I found a vid on Youtube from a guy with similar problems. In his case the CPU / GPU was overheating so, I guess that's what mine was doing too. The vid goes through all the settings you must change. Sorry, you'll have to find the vid yourselves if you need it.

Perfect for office type work - email, word, Excel etc. was running with case hot but best to download and use Camomile application to control temperature of processor and other features of motherboard. Temperature now around 40 to 50°C.

Added a 2TB NVMe drive in the spare slot and installed Start9 OS. To do this : 1. Keep the Delete key pressed when powering on to enter the BIOS 2. Use the arrow keys go to the BOOT tab then select USB as the first Boot device 3. Plugin to a USB 3 port (the blue ones) your USB stick, on which you've flashed (using free Balena Etcher) the Start9 OS 4. Restart Trigkey - it'll boot from the inserted USB stick 5. Install Start9 OS following the prompts - all pretty straight forward 6. Shutdown Trigkey, then re-start (after having removed USB stick!) whilst holding DELETE key 7. Go to BOOT menu again and set 1st boot device to USB, 2nd device to Start9 and 3rd device the Win11 on the 500GB disk. When Trigkey starts it'll boot into Start9. If you want Win11, then keep F7 pressed while starting and a temporary boot menu will allow you to select Win11 I run it 24/7 with ₿itcoin Knots and various other ₿itcoin related apps, plus a Nostr relay. All works fine with an average temp of 50C which leaves plenty of thermal headroom (max is 120C for the Trigkey). It's also very quiet and shouldn't be a distraction. Overall very happy with it so will buy another one to set up Jellyfin media server (I have one set up already on a Raspberry Pi with dozens of DVDs ripped to an SSD. Set up so that my mum can connect via her iPad from her bungalow - she loves it, watching old films and comedy programs) The Trigkey is easily powerful enough for straight forward apps - don't expect it to be any good for video editing or running Blender 3D, or gaming. 16GB is plenty of RAM and Win11 is a useful OS. Recommended and great value for money.

Great little device. Works flawlessly as a Plex server. One thing to note. The WiFi module wasn't seated properly, the hardware was detected but would only work intermittently. Initially thought it was a software problem. I had to open it up, take it out and reseat it and now it works perfectly. Only minor and easily fixable but something to note if you're thinking of buying one. I've attached a photo of the culprit should you need a reference.

This is being used to run a simulator for an indoor exercise bike and copes perfectly well with the graphics, so it's good enough for modest gaming. The built-in power supply stays cool despite the small size and the machine is silent. Support was prompt and helpful when I mucked up the installation and needed a product key to reinstall Windows.

Atrocity

So far, the only thing I dislike about this little box is the nagging feeling that it's too good to be true. I've been in the market for a new desktop for some time now as my HP from 2012 actually works really well except for one tiny little nagging issue with audio that I've tried to fix in various ways but have never fully conquered. It also will not run W*nd*ws 11, and after having been dragged kicking and screaming into 10 by software I really need that would no long run under 7, I feared the worst. I thought I was going to have to spend something like $2,000 to get a ton of RAM, M.2 NVMe, reliable USB audio, etc., but...well, the price of this little box and the existence and value of the "coupon" seem to fluctuate almost by the second, but at the time I finally decided to give it a try it was just $147. $147 for 16 gigs of RAM, a 500GB M.2 NVMe boot drive, four USB 3 ports and W*nd*ws 11 *Pro*. As I said, it seems to good to be true. But as of this writing I've been using it for about three weeks and, aside from a W*nd*ws 11 issue with a TotalRecorder driver (not Trigkey's fault) it's been amazing. I'm not a gamer, so I'm not torture testing the graphics at all. But I've edited audio without any issues whatsoever. I still just can't believe it. To put it in perspective, I paid $12 more for a Seagate external USB hard drive that has ALREADY put itself into a state where it needs to be returned. I will, of course, update this review if things go south.

This mini pc is perfect and cheap ($162 on prime day). I got the 16gb RAM and 500gb SSD Green G4 model. I have been using a chrome book to tradeon the tradeovate platform after my 11 year old laptop finally died. This little PC is amazing. I am running 3 windows of Tradeovate, 1 window of thinkorswim and 3 stacked windows of Trading view + Nadex running in the background. No lag, no pause etc...highest recommendation. Also. Bonus I am able to play CSGO and Battlebit remastered both on low settings. PS4 controller for scale on how small this PC is. Also, it's quiet. I paired with a Acer 27" and a Samsung 24" vert monitor. Get this PC. You will not regret it!

Needed a little work station for Microsoft Office and Google Doc stuff. This little guy does the trick. A few hiccups when it first boots up, but for the price, it’s hard to even complain about that.

Ok, so I needed a new computer that could handle editing 4k videos with Premiere Pro without lag or compromising the system. I had previously used a gaming computer via work, but having left that job, I needed one that could do the job but wouldn't cost me much more than $300. I tried a few different routes - a laptop with a lot of RAM and decent CPU, but the graphics card was awful. Another mini PC in the same price range with again, decent RAM, but then I noticed most of the mini PCs in that price range had early model intel processors. This little ditty, however, has a just good enough processor, a just good enough graphics card, good RAM, and supports dual monitors. It's not ideal and as soon as I can afford a more powerful setup, I'll have to upgrade, but this allows me to do event highlight videos and corporate-style interviews with relative ease and the rendering times - while not great - aren't the worst I've seen either. A 10 minute 4k video with relatively minor extras (a LUT or two, some overlay graphics, simple transitions) takes about 8-12 minutes to export, which isn't the worst I've ever seen. So for what I needed it for, it still allows me to do my job without breaking the bank yet.

This was my first mini PC, I use it for light photo editing, database management, heavy web use (many tabs open at once with zero lag), MS office and 3D modeling in Fusion 360. This little PC never blinks an eye. It came pre loaded with Win11 Pro, was a snap to setup and has never missed a beat. I am extremely please with this purchase.
