Nice little machine. Downloaded W11 and deleted the Chinese influenced W11 and reinstalled it. I'll rarely use W11 as I dual boot it with Linux Mint. Mint installed no problem. Slight oddity with it losing the UEFI entry in Grub, that was fixed by turning off 'fast boot' in the Bios. Added an extra NVME, the bottom cover came off easily, the plate holding the fan is challenging. A tiny magnetic pozidrive screwdriver is essential. Do it over a white bed sheet in case you drop the tiny screws. Working hard it draws about 100 watts . Idle 17 watts. Browsing etc 17-40 watts. Plugged into a Power meter monitor its cost 6 pence for 9 hours use. 9/10 from me.

My old Dell intel i3 desktop has been showing signs of old age for quite some time now and as I rely on having a desktop for my work, it was time for an upgrade. I've recently moved my work into a small garden room where I have loads of equipment such as 3d printers and laser cutting machines, so space is quite limited. I was initially looking for pc with a small form factor but couldn't really find anything that was going to do and then I stumbled upon the world of mini PCs. Until now, I didn't even know that they existed let alone be any good. I mean, how can something so small and cost so little actually be any good? I spent a few days researching mini PCs and found a lot of mixed opinions, there are some brands that are best left alone and then there are some that actually do produce quality items and offer a good service. Bosgame were one of the brands that seemed to get a lot of credit. With this in mind, I compared the various offerings that they had and decided that the B100 had what I needed from a PC and it was being offered at a the reduced price of £169 so I ordered it. It arrived 2 days later and within a few hours I had unpacked it, connected it up and gone through all of the setting up that was required before it could be used properly. There was absolutely no malware, and the windows 11 pro installation is perfectly fine, which means that there is no need to format it and do a fresh install like it has been suggested is needed for some other brands. I've been running the B100 for 4 days now, I work with various design programs such as inkscape and lightburn and I have had absolutely no problems at all. Everything loads up very quickly, the machine is super quiet and the power consumption is almost non existent by comparison to the 550W dell machine that it has replaced. I would definitely recommend the Bosgame B100 to anyone that is looking for a decent little computer, and am thinking about ordering another one for in the house.

The built-in wireless card supports Wi-Fi 6, with connection speeds of up to 1700Mbps, which is very fast. Additionally, it includes a dual wired RTL8125B 2.5G network card, which can be used as a soft router. In fact, shortly after receiving it, I reinstalled the Debian system, completely saying goodbye to Windows. I configured the routing function and used it as a media playback server, running 24 hours a day with low power consumption and high performance—truly perfect. For most users who prefer not to tinker, the pre-installed Windows 11, 16GB of RAM, and 512GB SSD storage are sufficient for most daily office application needs.

You can't go wrong with this product for its price range. Excellent quad core performance! Can be used as DVR, home server, business PC, HTPC. Totally stable too, running it 24/7 without a hitch. Comes with Windows 11 pre-installed without any bloatware. The only bad side is the SATA cable is a bit too vulnerable, if you wish to upgrade storage, stick with M.2. I couldn't find BIOS/UEFI updates and drivers as the manufacturer website doesn't work and they won't reply to emails.

While installing windows, even after I enter my username and password, it acted as if I didn't put in a password and wanted me to create a pin. It just hung on create pin forever. Tried many times but nothing worked. Will have to return it. ******resolved**** Had trouble but it was resolved by running windows setup without internet. Its a great little unit and quiet and portable. However, there are no audio inputs to allow the user record but there are interfaces on the market that take care of that. VERY SATISFIED.

I bought two of these N95 computers to function as VPN WiFi access points. They both work great and the power consumption is then 2.5W, lower than a dedicated access point. On top of that they are quite fast for other functions and very usable for day-to-day computing. As it has Win11 Pro, it can also be accessed with the Remote Desktop Server, so it is even not necessary to connect a display or keyboard. If connected to a display, both the HDMI as well as the full function USB-C are working correctly.

I'm going to use this mini PC as a pfSense Plus firewall appliance after replacing the Wi-Fi card with a M.2 A+E key Ethernet card for a 2nd Ethernet port (WAN/LAN ports). I can confirm that pfSense CE installs and boots on this hardware, and it should also be capable of booting pfSense from a thumb drive. I purchased this mini PC at an excellent price point (one hundred and twenty) so I don't feel bad over adding an extra Ethernet port (eighteen bucks). pfSense should be compatible with a M.2 NIC since it works with the M.2 Wi-Fi card. When all is said and done, this should be a fantastic mini firewall appliance.
