£14.99 for 3 bands, a door anchor/tether and a small storage bag is ok. And this is a decent set of resistance bands. My only issue is that, from looking through the pictues, I did actually think I was getting some bands that were a little shorted than the usual - and that appealed to me, as I already have some of the long loops. Shorter ones (not like the mini band latex ones) would be so very useful for some of the exercises shown in the pictures. HOWEVER, these are the full long loops. So, I've passed these over to my daughter who is very happy with them. A variety of 'weights' to suit most. All my bands look and feel sound and with good integrity - Always good to keep a daily check on them if you use them regularly as it's mighty painful when one snaps on you! Great for beginner and pro alike. I love the versatility of resistance band loops as you can use them at home and away and have a great work out in a small space.

These bands are fairly substantial, unlike some others which have quite flimsy material. There are three different strengths for different effort and types of exercise. There is also a piece that sits in a door frame to fix the band for further types of exercise where the band is tethered.

Complete misinformation!!...Do not purchase this band. As a lifter of many years,this very thin band is nowhere close to max 65lbs resistance/tension!! ( stated 15-65lbs) More akin to routine red band 15-35! This is a poor product and should be greater scrutiny on inaccurate advertising of such 'sports'i/rehabilitation items.

I am actually impressed with these and they compare well with the bands that I use at the gym. They are substantial and, if used correctly, seem to be as safe as the others I use. The door anchor works well - just be sure to follow the clear instructions, for safey. The instructions come with 40 exercises, so there is a lot variety. This is a thumbs up from me...just be a bit careful if you have not used resistance bands before.
