I don’t usually leave reviews but I’ve found these bands to be everything I wanted so I felt I had to! I lose track of what exercises to do, and so the exercise guide is super helpful. On top of the that, the bands and attachments are great quality and very robust! I’ve bought similar sets on Amazon in the past that aren’t as good as these, so I’m glad I found these. I think the resistance bands are the best part of this kit. Due to their quality. With the handles, ankle straps and door anchor being fairly okay. How the kit is, the stronger resistance bands cannot be used with the ankle straps, unless you use your own large carabiners. The handles seem a lot narrower than ones I am use to. They may be like this to help keep the set compact. The padding on them had got indented from the other items. A clear guide to a few exercises is included in an included booklet and with photographs of the steps. These demonstrations clearly show the exercises being carried out with just a fitness band. Of course they could also be done by incorporating the handles or ankle straps. The hook and loop tape used on the ankle straps seems like it's a stronger type. The bands seem well made and the strength is marked in kilograms as expected. The edges of most bands have some indentation marks from pressing against other objects in the set. As with other fitness bands, I do question the resistance level of these ones too because they do feel far less resistance than stated. Folding them in half increases the resistance level and/or combinations of the bands can be used together for increased versatility. The door anchor seems okay. The small carabiner is attached to a D ring to make a loop in order to affix a resistance band to it. Having small carabiners is fiddly and doesn't give a visual impression of robustness. Larger carabiners should have been included. Making it far easier to use the full range of resistance bands in different ways with the included attachments. Especially for use with the ankle straps. I do like how a decent branded drawstring bag has been included to house all the items. For storage and for transporting the items on trips. There is a good selection of fitness bands and the kit can be useful for home or away workouts and/or rehabilitation exercises. I would prefer a thicker pair of handles to have been included. I do own a few pairs of handles and will substitute them, when using items from this kit. The included handles will though better suit those with smaller hands. I do think two large carabiners need to be included for greater versatility, especially with the D rings of the ankle straps to fully utilise the kit.
