I am loving my new simbans tablet, it has everything I need to start in the world of digital art without the extortionate rates of the big companies. It has the massive added bonus of being a stand alone device as I can't afford expensive super computers and monthly charged programs. This tablet and the Autodesk sketchbook app is more than adequate for me right now. The cameras and sound aren't great but I didn't buy it for taking photos or playing music on, they are quite adequate for watching YouTube tutorials on, though it would have been nice to have had a better camera on the back to take pics clear enough to scan sketches into Autodesk with. The only 2 issues I've found is that the screen is super reflective which can be difficult at times to see what I'm doing and the on/off button is tiny making screenshots and on/off a little awkward. But honestly, if these are the only issues I can find then they are petty annoyances at the side of all this brilliant little machine has to offer. I am VERY happy with my purchase and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to give digital art a go without selling their body parts for a stand alone drawing tablet! And loads of free tutorials on YouTube to help you learn and improve your skills! 😉

I have bought 3 of these tablets 1 for each of my kids at different times and they have never let me down great value for money battery life is great, easy to set up I would definitely recommend this drawing tablet. My daughter is very keen on her art and researched this as a cut above drawing tablet that was still within an achievable price bracket - she saved money from christmas and pocket money and then we put half of the cost for her birthday present. She loves the tablet and it really is a cut above other tablets for drawing - it may be that an ipad is also as good but it is ridiculously expensive, locks you into the Apple universe and is so pricey that I would be nervous having my kids use it casually. Additionally, the charging port stopped working recently and since it was still under warranty, i got in touch with the support team and they couldn't have been more helpful. In the end, instead of getting it repaired, I packed the whole thing up, sent it back, paid $25 and got a completely new, slightly upgraded tablet for my daughter, which has been a great early Christmas present. Good customer service is key with electronics and I've been really pleased in this instance. A highly recommended product.

At first, I thought I hit the jackpot with this tablet. With the sole aim of drawing and learning to do digital art, it was easy to use and pretty good quality. Until the app started crashing, time after time, after time and now it won't charge, or turn on. I can't access any of my work, including projects that I was aiming to use to collaborate with other artists. It is cheap, but save your money and get yourself an iPad or Samsung or something more legit. I have had this tablet for 2 weeks and it has been a massive disappointment

I brought this for my daughter, as she wanted a drawing tablet. My daughter has always had an iPad so this was a bit of risk. There are not many on the market but the cheaper ones are not portable and don’t have a screen. Also the more expensive ones are not portable, they need to be connected to a PC or some sort of a device. I spent ages looking for a portable drawing tablet, after researching and looking, I decided to get this as a surprise gift for my daughter. She loves her new tablet, plus we see no difference, when I compare this tablet to an iPad. They have the same functions, plus has excellent features for drawing and it came with a glove, drawing pen and a cover. There are not many about to pick from but this one is excellent value for money. plus it’s not only for drawing, it has all features that a tablet would have. Recommend 100%

Bought this a while back and loved it. Sadly for me, i sat on it and broke the screen. Had no problem getting parts from there website. Afterwards I sent it back for repair and they sent out a new one. Customer service is great. I love this tablet, comes with all you need in the box. Easy to use and set up. No issues

I bought this tablet well in advance of Christmas and wrapped it up for my son. About two months after I purchased it on Christmas Day he opened it and was over the moon excited! It worked great! Easy set up and (so parent win!) great battery life. Until early March when all of a sudden it wouldn't charge. Life was busy, as it tends to be, and we just kid of put it to the side for another my month. At this point in mid March my son expressed that he missed his drawing tablet and it occurred to me...crap I bought it what 5 months ago.....I am going to have to beg and fight and I will be lucky if this company I haven't ever heard of will even consider fixing it. Well boy was I wrong. I sent an email with basically the story above, bought early used for a couple months and now we can get it to turn on or charge. The customer service was above and beyond amazing. I son was sent a new tablet and he is as happy as can be! The customer service was not just fast and efficient it was pleasant! I will not hesitate to buy any other product they sell and I have already shared this same tablet link with a mom friend who purchased for her daughter. So all in all great product but things can happen, rest assured these guys stand behind their products and super easy to work with.

When I received the tablet I immediately had a problem with the stylus / pen. It would work fine but stop a few seconds after using it. I contacted the seller and they walked me through troubleshooting. After that did not work, they had me send them a picture of the stylus I received and issued me a replacement which I received in a few days. The replacement stylus works great! Really Happy with Included: - Leather Case - Adaptors & C cable for charging - Screen protector installed - Pressure sensitivity is great - Three drawing apps included, one more for graphics, another for art/painting; and one for animation is a free version, it requires an upgrade to remove ads but I love how simple it is! It is a little slow to get started but is a standalone (no computer needed) once in the drawing apps it works great, I could not believe the level of detail the pressure produces and I'm super excited to start using this regularly, plus it is an Android device so if I wanted to I could use it for a lot more than just drawing! Will update if necessary but all is well for now!
