Cheap, badly put together, overall a terrible book. Buy something else for your kids to learn Scratch, the Carol Vorderman books are infinitely better for the same price, do yourself and the kid a favour and get that. I'm returning for sure

First of all, every page has a bold watermark that makes reading the pages very difficult. And in general this book is very low quality and doesn't provide much information as all. A lot of it is actually nonsensical. In my opinion, it is not worth a look. I'm returning it.

The book is not good quality, every page has a large Scratch Watermark across it making the book unreadable On top of this the advice in the book is nonsensical and of no help Do not waste your money on this

chapter 2 no previous instructions on how to do things say, "Create and design a script that positions the sprite at centre of the stage. This is point (0,0) After this, make the spite move (10) steps forever 3) Now run your program." Unfortunately there is no pictures to show how to do this. There is a watermark centre of each page making it really difficult to read, Pages are not in colour, which would help show which scratch block you are looking at. Very blurred and this seems to have been written by someone that knows how to scratch but not how to teach newcomers.
