Now, I didn't order this for exercise! I ordered it because these steps make excellent extra low level doorsteps for people with mobility issues. My mother-in-law finds her back door step and the step up into the hairdresser's challenging, but this step is light enough for me to pop into the car boot when needed and pop down in front of the doorway. Strong and stable (more than some governments), two possible heights with the extra step feet tucked under the deck when not in use. The deck has a moulded top that is not rubberised, but if you're wearing shoes with decent grip it should be ok. Delivery was fine!

I like this step, it’s slightly smaller then the once that you see at a gym but that’s not a problem, it’s easier to store it. You can make it higher by one level and that’s high enough. It’s very sturdy and it doesn’t slip once place it on a suitable surface. The only thing that could be improved is that the two attachments use for the height once stored underneath the step keep falling out. It’s so tricky to move it from one place to another without them falling out. Not great and super annoying.
