This is a replacement of exactly the same product which my cat kindly dropped into a cup of tea. The previous one lasted me years of faithful service travelling abroad and at home with no issues. It was immediately unpacked and set up without issue in about 10 minutes and is working brilliantly. 4 devices connected and working without problem. It arrived in a simple card envelope which had been squished as had the product packaging but there was no damage to the unit. This is the perfect travelling companion. Small but powerful.

Had this tiny device for several months now. Uses a SIM card with unlimited data, I think the antenna assist with the signal. I run several devices: TV, laptop etc. Highly recommend.

The router worked well in areas where there was a very strong signal but proved less effective in rural areas where the signal was more variable. It is however relatively cheap so it’s maybe a case of ‘you get what you pay for’. I returned my purchase to the seller.

Gerät kam, habe Akku geladen, dann SIM-Karte eingelegt und versucht, über die genannte IP per PC in den Router einzusteigen. Zuerst leuchteten beide grünen LED's am Gerät, dann ging die Netzanzeige auf Rot. Verbindung über PC daher nicht möglich. Ein paarmal probiert, wie auch in den Youtube-Unboxing-Videos gezeigt. Dann, weil Bedienungsanleitung völlig nutzlos und vom Lieferanten auf Mail-Anfrage auch kein Support kam, erstes Gerät zurück geschickt. Wahrscheinlich umsonst, denn bis zur Lieferung des zweiten Gerätes habe ich mein Hirn eingeschaltet (was ich schon früher tun hätte sollen). Also, an alle, hier die fehlenden Inbetriebnahme-Hinweise: 1.) Vor SIM-Karten-Verwendung im Router, die PIN-Abfrage der SIM-Karte (durch Einlegen/Inbetriebnahme in ein Mobiltelefon und Aufrufen des entsprechenden Menüs) AUSSCHALTEN; sonst geht der Router nicht. 2.) Nach Einlegen der SIM-Karte im Router LÄNGER warten, bis die 2 Grünen LED's leuchten, dann ev das WLAN-LED inzwischen wieder auf ROT geht (Netzsuche) und dann, wenn das Netz gefunden ist, wieder auf Grün geht. Das kann bis zu 1 Minute lang dauern. 3.) Erst dann ist Zugriff über IP des Routers vom PC aus möglich. Und, dann sollte WLAN laufen. 4.) Es sollte alles funktionieren. Gut, wie von HUAWAEI erwartet. Kleiner feiner Router, habe ihn mit Klettband an der Wand befestigt, macht meiner Mutter schnelles LTE-Internet über Mobilnetz. Auch für den Urlaub fein mitzunehmen. Jederzeit wieder.

Avevo comprato anche un'antenna esterna perchè viaggiando continuamente per lavoro spesso mi trovo in zone dove il segnale non è dei migliori ma fino a d'ora non ne ho avuto bisogno . Rispetto alla chiavetta 42.2 in cui usavo prima la sim il segnale (fino ad ora) è sempre stato al massimo e senza interruzioni come accadeva invece prima , per ora l'ho provata con 2 apparecchi collegati contemporaneamente e nessuno dei due presentava rallentamenti . Usata collegata al PC con il cavetto funziona come una chiavetta senza usare il wifi ed apre sul PC il programma di gestione come per le chiavette , peccato che chieda l'accesso registrato a nome di non si sa chi quindi è impossibile accedervi . Nella mia confezione le istruzioni erano in inglese ma dall'interno del programma ci sono anche in italiano , la Password per il wifi è stampata all'interno del guscio rimovibile , ci ho messo un po a trovarla . Tutto sommato lavora egregiamente , anche durante un temporale con grandinata , peccato non riuscire ad accedere alle varie opzioni del programma sul PC per poter controllare volume dati e configurazioni di connessione anche se ultimamente il roaming è stato abolito in Europa .

J'ai acheté ce modem pour partager une connexion en déplacement avec plusieurs personnes sans mettre le partage de données sur mon téléphone. Le modem est compact, très simple d'utilisation avec une batterie correcte. L'application mobile qui permet de le configurer est très bien faite et très simple. Ce n'est qu'un exemple mais elle permet par exemple de taper le code pin de la carte sim que vous insérez dedans (sur beaucoup de modem il faut enlever la demande du code pin sur un portable avant).

Semplice, compatto,fa cio che promette,ha una buona app per comandarlo a distanza, (huawei hilink x android e probabilmente anche per oss) , io lo utilizzo 24h su 24h con una schedina che ha internet flat e funziona in tutta casa (80mq x 2 piani di casa) lo devo tenere collegato non stop alla presa e non ha subito alcun danno da mesi di utilizzo,unico neo,se lo si stacca per qualche motivo dura 4-5ore..ma niente di troppo problematico x me resta un ottimo wifi portatile
