Just what I needed for the home office… I’m no longer tethered to my desk with a cheap wired headset. After a quick firmware update via the Yealink USB Connect app on my MacBook, I’ve got this working perfectly with Teams on my work issued laptop. The headset is comfortable and audio quality is great. The speakerphone could be a bit louder, but my needs. Being able to connect this to Teams via USB and to my iPhone via BT is great and I can switch seamlessly between them right from the touchscreen on this. It’s not the best for music playback - my Beats and AirPods Pro do a better job with that, but neither of those work with Teams! BT has improved a lot over the years but for professional/office use, DECT is brilliant. The downside is that because of the need for a dock I’ll only be using this at home and will still need to use wired headset when I’m traveling. Although it’ll never sound as good as a wired headset, it’s certainly adequate and has a 500ft range. So far, I’ve not found audio quality drop in the slightest when moving from room to room so it’s far superior to Bluetooth in that regard. I’m very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this to anyone working from home, looking for an at-home solution.

Arrived quickly, installed quickly, integrated (to Teams) quickly. This is even in my case which is a Teams running on Windows 11 ARM in a Parallels VM on a MacBook M2 Pro laptop. Call quality is superb, both for mobile and Teams. In terms of Team integration all the functionality is reflected on the small screen giving you quick and easy control of your collaboration activities. This is certainly not a cheap item, but the quality is probably the best there is right now.

Tried 7 different headsets with issues from low battery lengths (tried two different of same model), audio out of sync, connection issues, etc. If you read deep into reviews of these units you find others complaining about the same issues. Luckily Amazon even states their are a lot of returns. But this great dude - you can sync your cell and laptop/PC into the same phone simultaneously, mic and speaker quality are like a "DJ" from a few people I talked with. Has a great display and the headset acts as a speaker when on the charging station. Did have the cushion ear cover come off pretty early on (not great), but overall awesome technology.

A lot to love about this phone/headset. Firstly I went with the mono headset as I simply prefer it. Sound quality is very good, only SLIGHTLY less than a Jabra set. Everything else more than makes up for it. For example it's DECT as opposed to BT. As a result I can walk a ridiculous distance away from my desk with the headset and continue with calls like nothing. The headset itself is comfortable at all times. The speakerphone is good quality and should work for everything short of a giant board room. I love that I can have Aircall and two cell phones running at the same time off of this. No client has ever complained of the sound quality. If you're thinking of picking the WH66 up, go for it. You won't regret this beauty. As for the wireless charger that comes separately, it is a fast charger and can be powered with it's own cord or simply by being connected. I run both connections.

Je l'utilise pour mettre en même temps : - Mon PC (par câble usb), - Mon tel cellulaire (bluetooth), - Mon tel fixe (bluetooth). L'appareil switch de l'un a l'autre automatiquement. Je retire une étoile car le niveau de son maximal manque un peu de puissance à mon goût : je suis dans une rue passante, fenêtre ouverte, cela peut devenir compliqué surtout si l'interlocuteur ne parle pas fort. Les mousses n'isolent pas des bruits externes car elles ne recouvrent pas totalement les oreilles. L'autonomie est telle qu'annoncée et le casque passe bien pour ma part à plus de 10m avec 2 bureaux d'écart quand je me balade dans les locaux. Je ne regrette pas cet achat. Nota: pour la musique ça passe, mais ça ne vaut pas un casque dédié ou des intra de qualité. En revanche le son du haut parleur externe est vraiment bon !

This headset works great with ms teams (new version) and has a very good voice quality. Only few things that I dislike with it: - the Bluetooth connectivity with the phone is a bit unstable once I am more than 50cm away from the base with the phone. This is probably because the base uses USB3 which is known to interfere with 2.4GHz technology - when using with other software such as zoom, I don’t get the calling interface and thus no sidetone - if I disconnected Bluetooth on purpose from the phone, it always reconnects which is a bit annoying The DECT range is awesome. I almost made it to the door of the house (5 Stories down) before I lost connection.
