The bands seem substantial enough and made from decent quality materials. The handles aren’t great - the fabric doesn’t move around within the handle so they can feel wonky when holding and moving at different angles. The bands differ in stretch which is obviously good but they also differ in length which makes transition between them inconsistent

Ich trainiere seit über 20 Jahren, davon fünf Jahre gezielt mit Bändern, und diese Bänder haben definitiv weniger Weichmacher in ihren Gummis, was das exzentrische Training deutlich effektiver macht. Ich würde mir langfristig jedoch spezielle Haltevorrichtungen für die ganz dicken Bänder wünschen, die mit ihren sehr großen Widerständen auch leider nicht in große Männerhände passen, um sie voll belasten zu können.

Wie erwartet, absolut billiges Zeug. Ich wollte auch nur die Bänder. Und selbst die sind im Erstkontakt so lala. Hart und im Vergleich zum bereits vorhandenen Modell (2 Jahre alt) einer anderen Marke weniger dehnbar mit einem komischen harten Materialanschlag. Der Türanker ist sofort gerissen, als mit dem stärksten blauen Band die ca. 30ste Wiederholung gemacht wurde. Wie auf dem Bild zu sehen hatte ich bereits eine deutlich stärkeren Sicherheitskarabiner vorab montiert. Der mitgelieferte ist einfach ein Witz! Deswegen arbeite ich sonst im Training immer mit Schwerlastgurtschlaufen und -bänder als Fixpunkte für die Gummibänder. Man kann grundsätzlich mit dieser Art von Trainingsgerät wirklich sehr flexibel und auch schwer trainieren. Man muss nur wissen, wenn es knallt, dann tut es auch mal weh und Markenprodukte sind vermutlich auch hier die bessere Wahl. Auf jedenfall sollte man die Bänder regelmäßig austauschen.

Eigentlich finde ich die Widerstandsbänder sehr gut. Die Qualität passt und man kann gute Workouts mit ihnen machen. Nur habe ich 5 statt 6 Bänder erhalten. Das gelbe Band, damit das Schwächste von allen, war nicht enthalten. Mir geht es nicht darum, ob ich dieses Band jemals für meine Workouts benutzt hätte oder nicht. Mir geht es um das Wirtschaftliche. Ich zahle für 6 Bänder. Also würde ich gerne auch 6 erhalten. Wenn sowohl in der Produktbeschreibung als auch auf der Verpackung 6 Bänder angezeigt werden, sollten dann auch 6 Bänder enthalten sein. Es kann auch ein menschlicher Fehler sein. Wer weiß was im Lager von Amazon alles los ist. Dafür habe ich Verständnis. Dennoch erwarte ich Vollständigkeit bei der Ware, wenn ich den entsprechenden Preis zahle. Daher ziehe ich 2 Sterne ab.
