I was really impressed by how sturdy and durable these bands seem to be as I’ve had some in the same price range before that weren’t good. The resistance level are really tensed and even when fully stretched out they don’t feel weak and about to snap. Great value for money here 👍 they roll up well, don’t have much weight to them and doesn’t take up a lot of storage capacity in my gym.

I picked up this 5-pack of resistance bands for stretching, and they’ve been a good addition to my routine. Each band’s a different strength, which is great because I can switch it up depending on what I’m feeling light ones for easy warm ups, heavier ones when I want a deeper stretch. They’re comfy to hold, they haven’t snapped on me yet, even after a month of tugging. my dad uses them with his breathing exercises as recommedned by his doctor, easy to store, and good value you money

Actually, don’t resist buying these, because they are fantastic and make you feel like you’ve had a real work out. The secret to these is ensuring you hold your own resistance, so it’s not just a case of pulling, locking your arms and feeling them pull, but ensuring that you’re pulling the bands and holding them in place with just your muscles and then releasing slowly… I find this method gets the best results and is how they were designed to be used. This set has nice noticeable variation in the band strength, and they fold away nicely in a small storage bag (I had some rope like bands which took up a lot more room. All in all, an excellent set that I’m happy to use daily

These bands are made from durable latex rubber, with a smooth even surface finish. When stretched they remain reassuringly strong. The bands are colour coded to help identify the resistance, using the standard code format (from green for X-Light through to black for X-strong). The branding and resistance level are clearly printed on each band. They are supplied individually wrapped in cellophane, then packed with a decent sized black storage bag. It is disappointing there are no labels showing manufacturer or certifications. A leaflet is also included showing a number of useful exercise routines with the bands. This is a decent set of resistance bands, but a little expensive compared to the competition.

The levels are X-Light, Light, Medium, Heavy, and X-Heavy – you will feel a noticeable difference in resistance when you stretch them. The bands are stored in a small drawstring pouch, making it easy to pack them away in a bag/suitcase or to keep them handy in your desk drawer at work for a quick workout at lunchtime. A useful little User Manual for newbies is included in the pack. The current price is £9.99, which includes a 17% discount – and there is also a voucher for a 5% discount.
