I got this as I am constantly in need of storage space. I work as a photographer and offloading photos can be a hassle when you want to show them on an iPad for easier viewing. This device has already made it so much easier! The device itself is a small little puck with a built in cable. The puck has a magsafe magnet on it which is super strong. It holds onto he back of my phone with no issues of it coming off, I can whip my phone about and it will not budge. The cable is then just long enough to plug into my phone. This cable is angled so it puts no strain on the connector at all. The outer casing is plastic and however it is thick, light weight plastic, so it gives excellent protection while not adding much heft. The cable once connected allows it to communicate with the phone. The phone recognised it as additional storage and allowed me to swap straight to it. This worked perfectly when using the iPad as I was able to swap to image storage and view the photos directly off of it. The speed is something that was key for me. I am shooting directly to this at times and being able to save and store the images right away is a bit of a bottleneck. However I have had no slow downs and I have been able to save and store the images as they have been coming off the camera. As this is such a small device, it's super easy to throw it into a bag or a pocket. The device also has a small footprint on the back of the phone so it can be plugged in at all times and being barely noticed. Overall, for £39.99, this is quite a good value. You are getting a 250gb SSD which is fast alongside a caddy for the SSD which is very nicely made. The whole thing could be worth much more than the £39.99 price tag, so I am impressed. 5/5

I know many are suspicious of these new brands cropping up on Amazon for storage media these days, but of the few I’ve had to test I must say I’m impressed. Very well-packaged with clear documentation and a nice solid feel to the construction. It does exactly what you would hope of this device; attaches well and transfers quickly. I don’t know if I would want to rely on such an unproven brand for important files, but you should back up everything that matters to you anyway on multiple drives for safety. If they can continue to keep the prices down and the quality up, I would have no issue recommending them.

This rather nice looking hard drive arrives in a small easy to recycle cardboard box. Despite being very compact, it's well made from metal. Something that feels very durable and is clearly built to withstand everyday use. The magnet also helps to secure it to things, such as PC towers and phones with metal cases. Though you do need to remember it's a powerful magnet. So you do need to place it where it won't affect anything like other hard drives or bank cards. Another thing to note is it's got a very short USB-A cable, so you might to swap that for something longer. Yet despite those minor things, it's actually a proper SDD not just a memory stick. A drive that includes some serious tech inside, such as USB 3.2, TRIM, S.M.A.R.T and UASP. Which, while being secure and reliable, means it's capable of doing some serious speedy transfers, And not just on a PC, that's because this also works with iPhones, iPads, Macs and even some android phones. A drive that's got a great combination of versatility, compatibility and durability. A drive that's perfectly suited for when I need to travel around. This has become my new upstairs and downstairs SSD. If I want to move my photos videos and movies from my computer to my TV, then this is how I do it because it's sizable enough but also has a fantastic speed for read and write. It comes with its own cables, including one that snaps into the phone like you can see, but they haven't left it at this, they've made it detached at the SSD end so you can use a normal cable, are they actually provided a normal cable as well, so you can use it either for the phone or just like a normal SSD. To make it easy for phone usage, they have attached it to a magnet ring at the back, and therefore you can use it on the inside of a computer case because it will magnetically stick to your case as well! Really good design, really pleased with this.

Beh, a mie spese ho scoperto che la presa Lightning NON eroga corrente a sufficienza per alimentare l’hard disk, per cui NON funzionerà mai. COMPATIBILE SOLO CON CELLULARI CON USB-C!!!!
