Onscreen Testing
Our testing via IT evolved naturally from our delivery using IT. The process of maintaining laptops and wireless networks, utilising internet access via cable, 3G or satellite, uploading and downloading tests and managing/monitoring this centrally are competencies that are second nature to us.
Onscreen testing can be delivered for almost any professional course: theory tests; health & safety courses; professional licence tests etc. Such testing has a significant number of advantages for the learner, employer and awarding body:
Awarding bodies and clients are starting to recognise a number of benefits of e-learning and in particular e-testing:
- The ability to offer tests on demand at times convenient for candidates
- Test questions can be created in ‘banks’ and delivered at random, cutting out ‘battery’ testing, i.e. the need to test all candidates at the same time on the same day

- Tests can be taken independently of an internet connection, so system failure is minimised
