This is an exciting role in a rapidly expanding training provider to oversee and ensure quality delivery from our various projects. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Knowledge of OfSTED/Awarding Body inspections and standards
- Assessing and IV qualifications
- Knowledge of Skills for Life and Customer Service an advantage
- An ability to motivate and lead a team of administrators who support and monitor our Assessors and Tutors
- Experience of IAG/Matrix and Jobcentre Plus contracts
